Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, purchasing generation credits, or accessing AI GrindStone ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must terminate your use of the platform immediately.

2. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use Prohibition

The audio tracks and variations generated through our platform are provided under a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable personal license:

• No Commercial Monetization: You may not sell, stream on monetized streaming accounts (such as Spotify, Apple Music, or YouTube Content ID), license, or sub-license any generated tracks.
• No Commercial Media Integration: Tracks cannot be used in paid advertisements, commercial video games, promotional videos for businesses, television, radio broadcasts, or podcasts carrying sponsor advertising.
• Permitted Uses: You may listen to tracks privately, share direct player links for personal demonstration, use them in non-monetized home workout routines, or evaluate sound models.

3. Credit System & Payments

Platform features require generation credits. The terms governing credits include:

• Complimentary Credits: New accounts receive 2 free credits upon sign-up. These hold no monetary value and are non-transferable.
• Credit Consumption: One (1) credit is redeemed whenever a song task is dispatched to create two (2) dual-take audio takes.
• Stripe Transactions & Refunds: Credit purchases are final and non-refundable once applied to an account, except as required by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

4. Acceptable Content & User Conduct

When submitting titles, style prompts, or custom song lyrics to the generator, you agree not to submit material that:

• Infringes on active copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary trade secrets of existing songwriters or music publishers.
• Promotes hate speech, violent extremism, defamation, or harassment against individuals or protected groups.
• Attempts to bypass or abuse API limits, exploit payment webhooks, or compromise server security.

5. Service Availability & Third-Party AI Models

Music synthesis relies on third-party generative networks and APIs. While we maintain a high standard of platform stability, AI GrindStone does not warrant uninterrupted service, specific acoustic fidelity, or perpetual availability of underlying third-party voice models.
